I’ve been working as a freelance journalist for music and lifestyle magazines, celebrity websites, local newspapers and more for 17 years. At the age of 13 I taught myself HTML and set up an online music magazine, I soon built up contacts within the music industry through interviewing and reviewing to develop a portfolio.
I left school at 16 to undertake long term work experience at the Milton Keynes Citizen newspaper on the news and entertainment desks, and soon started to write for The Fly, Rock Sound, Big Cheese, AOL, Yahoo OMG, Things & Ink and others. I currently write for the Nottingham Post, Metro and Buzzfeed.
